Order Processing
Please be aware that all orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. We provide free domestic shipping on all orders exceeding $50 USD.
In times of exceptionally high demand, we will update our estimated processing times on the website, but we will always strive to dispatch your cherished crystals and gifts as swiftly as possible!
Shipping Policy
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations to the order, including changes to the contents or shipping address. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
Once shipped, the responsibility for your package transfers to our carriers, who have an excellent track record. However, in the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, we are unable to offer refunds.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of your online order delivery.
All returns are subject to verification before a decision is made to offer a refund or replacement either in store or online.
All products must be returned in their original packaging. The product must be in like-new condition (i.e., no signs of use).
If you receive an order with a damaged item, please reach out to our customer service team right away with photos of the contents of the package and the external shipping box.
Exceptions
Stone Sands and Incenses are final sale. Earrings cannot be returned, unless damaged, for hygiene reasons.
Payment Methods
At this time, we accept PayPal and all major credit cards for order payment. This includes: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We do not accept any Cash, Checks or Wires.
Please note all Sales Tax will be charged at the time of checkout.
