Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications or cancellations to the order, including changes to the contents or shipping address. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.

Once shipped, the responsibility for your package transfers to our carriers, who have an excellent track record. However, in the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, we are unable to offer refunds.
