This listing is for a 1 hour soft yoga class.

What will the session look like?
We will have 60 minutes together that will begin with grounding ourselves down with journaling and inquiry, followed by gentle movements on your mat. All ages and levels are welcome.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a mat and towel, any props like blocks or bolsters, and a journal in case there is anything you would like to write down during or after our session.
About Me
I discovered yoga in 2020 through Hot Yoga Revolution’s 40 Days to Personal Revolution. As the world shifted during the pandemic, this community became my anchor. What kept me coming back was how each class seemed to offer exactly what I needed—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
In 2021, I completed my 200-Hour Teacher Training with Hot Yoga Revolution, deepening my understanding that yoga is more than movement—it's a space to grow, release, and reconnect. I now bring that same sense of grounding and transformation into every class I teach.
Since becoming a 200-Hour RYT, I’ve continued my education with a 30-Hour Level 1 Yin certification and Level 1 & 2 Reiki Practitioner training. I'm currently pursuing my 300-Hour certification to become a 500-Hour RYT.
When I’m not on my mat, I’m in the classroom as a full-time high school English teacher or spending time outdoors with my dogs. Yoga has shaped the way I teach literature and find the magic that surrounds us in every day—seeing it as a mirror for personal growth and a path to deeper awareness. I feel incredibly grateful to share this practice and give back to the community that first inspired my journey.
